A leading company in higher education dining services seeks a Human Resource Business Partner to enhance HR strategies and promote diversity. Location: Remote (Pacific-CA, WA, NM, AZ, ID)
Salary: $125k-$135k + bonus (commensurate with experience)

The Successful HR Business Partner assesses and anticipates HR-related needs; acts as the link between HR and the business, ensuring effective communication and a consistent approach. The HRBP develops integrated solutions and formulates partnerships to deliver value-added HR services aligned with organizational objectives. They maintain a strong understanding of the business units' financial position, culture, and competition, and are experts in talent strategies, policies & procedures, and employment legislation. Promoting workplace diversity across all HR activities is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship building, innovation, and problem solving. They should be self-directed, flexible, resilient, highly motivated, and uphold high ethical standards.
