HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER (REMOTE-PACIFIC)

Location: Remote (Pacific-CA, WA, NM, AZ, ID)

Salary: $125k-$135k + bonus (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary:

The Successful HR Business Partner assesses and anticipates HR-related needs; acts as the link between HR and the business, ensuring effective communication and a consistent approach. The HRBP develops integrated solutions and formulates partnerships to deliver value-added HR services aligned with organizational objectives. They maintain a strong understanding of the business units' financial position, culture, and competition, and are experts in talent strategies, policies & procedures, and employment legislation. Promoting workplace diversity across all HR activities is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship building, innovation, and problem solving. They should be self-directed, flexible, resilient, highly motivated, and uphold high ethical standards.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interpret information for business decisions and develop people strategies
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including change management
  • Proven value addition as both an individual contributor and team member
  • Experience leading HR change initiatives
  • Strong understanding of employment law and employee relations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Hospitality Management/Integration, Statistics, or related field
  • PHR or SPHR certification (desirable)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions
  • 3-7 years' experience in a multi-site, multi-state environment
  • Operations and union experience are required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 30%
