Job summary

Front Range Community College (FRCC) in Westminster, CO seeks a Business Process Manager to lead the College’s process improvement and project management efforts. Reporting to the VP of Finance and Administration, you will drive efficiency, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement for the role.
• Three years of professional experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related areas.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in technical/development staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to lead work groups and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BPMO and process improvement initiatives across FRCC.
• Supervise the Process Improvement team and promote collaboration and continuous learning.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, workflow automation, and operational improvements.
• Partner with division leadership, faculty, staff, and IT to implement improvements.
• Lead change management activities, governance, and documentation for new processes.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops using Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Kaizen, and Agile.
• Develop process improvement roadmaps and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching and training to departments on workflow design and adoption.
