Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification is preferred.
• CQE or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years in quality engineering, HVAC or related manufacturing field.

Responsibilities

• Be the chief advocate for manufacturing operations and customers, ensuring high-quality product launches.
• Track performance with established metrics on launches and post-launch products.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure standards adherence.
• Oversee corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Reliability.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and develop new QA techniques.
• Mentor other engineers and ensure effective QA planning and reporting.
