Responsibilities include leading improvement initiatives, workshops, and documenting processes. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in process improvement and a relevant degree, with strong collaboration skills and hands-on project execution experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in business processes or process improvement.
• Strong collaboration across functions and teams.

Responsabilités

• Map current-state processes across the organization to identify gaps and bottlenecks.
• Develop and prioritize improvement opportunities across functions.
• Define clear handoffs, roles, and cross-functional ways of working with process owners.
• Maintain accurate process documentation in the central repository.
