Sandvik Mining is seeking a Process Flow Specialist to enhance operational effectiveness across Sandvik Mining Sales Area USA. This hybrid role requires three days in the Denver office and offers a competitive compensation package and strong development opportunities.

You will map current processes, lead improvement initiatives, apply Lean and AI-driven solutions, and establish KPIs to measure impact while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–5 years of experience in business processes and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Map and document current-state processes across functions.
• Lead targeted process improvement initiatives with planning, stakeholder alignment and execution.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure impact and sustainability of improvements.
