Job summary

INEOS Oxide in League City, TX is seeking a highly experienced Engineering leader to direct process design, optimization and control for EO & EOD operations. The role offers high visibility and broad cross‑functional collaboration.

You will lead a technical team, drive safety improvements, energy optimization and capital projects, and partner with operations, maintenance and senior leadership to deliver reliable, efficient plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering; 6–10 years in chemical or petrochemical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of unit operations, heat and material balances, hydraulics, distillation and process optimization.
• Experience with Aspen Plus/Aspen HYSYS modelling.
• Leadership and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team responsible for process optimization, design and control.
• Initiate projects to improve safety, operability and variable costs.
• Support 5-year CAPEX plan and growth initiatives for EO & EOD.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and reliability teams.
• Engage with senior leadership to drive disciplined execution.
