Job summary

The role requires a BS in engineering, 1–5 years in project management, and experience with lean/Six Sigma, ERP systems, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• B.S. in chemical/ mechanical/ industrial/ food engineering preferred.
• 1–5 years of project management experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams to promote plant-wide improvements.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Lead projects with defined scopes, objectives, risk plans and schedules, involving stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
• Coordinate continuous improvement efforts and Kaizen events; mentor others to deliver on time and budget.
