Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence and reliability across manufacturing operations.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Improve yield, efficiency, throughput, and process capability.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects with risk/reward analysis.
• Develop SOPs and support transfer/startup of new processes.
