Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering with 5+ years of relevant industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects and support daily operation of process equipment, process, and automation systems including compounding, solution distribution, and filling.
• Lead engineering projects including scope, resource planning, budget activities and project execution timeline; communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Diagnose complex manufacturing issues and develop technical solutions to improve process performance, quality, and cost.
• Use data to analyze OEE and reliability improvements.
• Support validation strategies and write validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ/PV).
• Identify innovative technical solutions to drive cost, quality, compliance, and revenue.
• Interface with internal customers and suppliers; provide training and documentation for new equipment.
• Provide on-going technical support to operations as SME and troubleshoot downtime quickly.
• Use root cause analysis tools to develop corrective and preventive actions.
