You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with R&D, operations, quality, and maintenance, and apply data-driven approaches to improve processes.

The role requires a 3+ year background in process engineering, strong problem-solving, and knowledge of regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
• 3+ years in process engineering focused on design and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, engineering design, and project management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and standards.
• SolidWorks CAD skills and CNC programming a plus.
• Leadership and collaborative teamwork.
