Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Process Engineering Technician to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will lead continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma, sustain 5S, perform time studies, and analyze bottlenecks to boost productivity.

The role emphasizes developing manufacturing layouts, supporting automation initiatives, and creating SOPs for standardized operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering.
• Experience delivering Lean or Six Sigma projects with measurable improvements.
• Exposure to equipment installation, process development, and facility optimization.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes such as welding, cutting, roll forming, and assembly is a plus.
• Understanding of workplace safety principles and their integration into process design.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and boost plant performance.
• Sustain 5S workplace organization for a clean, safe production environment.
• Conduct time studies, capacity evaluations, and bottleneck analyses for productivity gains.
• Use data and root-cause techniques to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent operations across production.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs for new equipment and manage procurement/installation.
