Job summary

NEOTech in Colorado is seeking a results-driven Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement Engineer to optimize processes, drive Kaizen initiatives, and improve KPI and P&L performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement hands-on improvements, and develop flow diagrams, standard work, and problem-solving approaches using Lean Six Sigma tools. Strong communication and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma concepts and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of macros is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate lean transformation projects to deliver KPI and P&L improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop process flow documents and operating equipment specifications.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Present project updates and results to management.
