Job summary

Flex is seeking a manufacturing technician to support equipment setup and line operations in our Austin facility. You will run test processes, collect data, and present results to engineering to help identify yield improvements and test new products.

The role emphasizes teamwork with process development and engineering and requires the ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in related field or technical training; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Education / Experience

Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
