Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support all engineering processes in the facility, including chemical, mechanical, and photo processes.

You will perform routine equipment checks, determine product acceptability, and investigate root causes while supporting improvement projects. This role requires an Associate’s degree or higher in engineering (or equivalent experience) and manufacturing experience, plus strong technical communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Complete routine checks of equipment, process, and product on a regular schedule and execute corrective actions.
  • Determine acceptability of product and determine whether to proceed or change the process.
  • Determine root cause of defects.
  • Write and edit procedures.
  • Support or initiate projects to improve overall process quality.
  • Work with Suppliers/Vendors/Engineers to troubleshoot issues
  • Operate production equipment to run special engineering tasks.
