Qualifications

• 3+ years in Process/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience analyzing and improving manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience documenting processes and standard operating procedures.
• Familiarity with Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve workflow efficiency.
• Serve as technical process expert and troubleshoot production challenges with sustainable solutions.
• Lead and support Lean, Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain teams; train staff on process changes.
