Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading manufacturing teams and improving safety, quality and other improvement projects.
- Proven track record implementing lean manufacturing practices.
- Ability to deliver quality products on-time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the flow team and shift leaders to meet goals.
- Set and evaluate performance goals aligned with company objectives.
- Deploy staff based on qualifications to maximize strengths.
- Monitor results and implement corrective actions for efficiency and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives within the department.
- Represent the department when Operations Manager is absent.
