As a Process Engineering Manager at Johnson Controls, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our advanced manufacturing technologies. You’ll lead the development, optimization, and control of complex processes that power JCI’s breakthrough innovations - bringing together expertise across process control, metallurgy, machinery controls, chemistry, and experimental design. In this role, you won’t just manage processes - you’ll build and scale a high-performing Process Engineering team, fostering a culture that is not only technically rigorous, but also collaborative, and supportive. You’ll spend time both in the lab and on the production floor, translating theory into practice, accelerating learning cycles, and driving continuous improvement where it matters most.
If you have experience developing a wide range of technical skills over your career, including deep expertise in a few relevant domains, such as printing, laser processing, coil handling, chemistry, metallurgy, controls, embedded firmware, PLCs, and experimental design, this could be your next opportunity! You will have the opportunity to delegate effectively to your team by establishing clear, productive organizational systems and naturally evaluating and adjusting them.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $130,000 - 200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
