Walmart is seeking a Manager II, Process Engineer to lead data-driven initiatives across the Supply Chain network. You’ll own end-to-end projects from ROI to sustainment and mentor engineers while influencing leaders.

Responsibilities include identifying cost reductions, building business cases, and guiding automation and capital investments across sites. Strong Lean/Six Sigma and project-management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years in process improvement.
• Advanced Lean/Six Sigma and operational excellence expertise; Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities; experience with process simulation.
• Demonstrated ownership of large cross-functional initiatives delivering savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex process improvement projects with measurable impact.
• Drive cross-functional solution design, implementation, and sustainment.
• Build ROI analyses and recommendations for automation and capital investments.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and executive communications.
