Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze store processes using work measurement techniques (predetermined motion times systems & time study) to optimize operations.
• Apply workforce management tools such as forecasting, reporting, and data analysis to meet productivity and utilization targets.
• Develop and assess process changes impacting facilities, equipment, and personnel to align with business goals.
• Lead project plans and timelines, providing status updates and technical guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify improvement opportunities by comparing current processes to industry best practices and company standards.
