Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to support Upper Sandusky’s plastic injection molding and assembly lines, driving process improvements and tooling optimization for high-volume production. You will work with the NPD team to innovate molding tools and processes while maintaining world-class quality and productivity.

The role requires 7+ years in plastic injection molding, strong data analytics, and leadership skills, with proficiency in Six Sigma tools and PLC/automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in an engineering-related field preferred; Polymer/Mechanical/Industrial engineering are common.
• Two-year degree with equivalent work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve molding and assembly processes to meet customer specs and performance metrics.
• Apply technical resources to solve complex molding and assembly problems using Six Sigma tools.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to align technical support with production schedules.
