Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designing, planning and conducting lab and pilot scale experiments.
• Testing products.
• Organizing and executing project plans.
• Supporting encapsulation scientists and process design engineers on pilot or production equipment during trials.
• Involvement in day-to-day operations of an agriculture encapsulation plant as a process engineer.
• Participation in project work, daily duties, production meetings, and production-scale trials.
• Producing written summary reports and presentations.
