Encapsys ( www.encapsys.com ), now a part of Milliken & Company ( www.milliken.com ) is looking to hire student co-ops for the 202 7 calendar year to join our team in Appleton, WI. This is a competitively paid co-op position being offered to students in a Chemical Engineering, Material Science/Engineering, or Chemistry program . Co-ops are also offered a special benefits package which includes a housing allowance and paid time off .

Co-ops will work on both collaborative and independent projects in conjunction with the engineer/scientist project leaders. Each co-op is assigned a mentor to provide guidance through the processes of training, developing, and contributing .

ProcessEngineeringplays a vital role in our ability to take products and processes from lab and pilot size trials and see them through tofull-scalemanufacturing processes ina timelyandcost-effectivemanner. Theteam works closely with R&Dand Manufacturingteams from projectinceptionto commercialization. These teams work together on new product and process development, cost reduction, product line extensions, equipment design, scale up, and exploration/development of new technologies.
