Responsibilities

• Support the Quality and Process Engineering team with projects and tasks focused on continuous improvement and product development.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including operating floor, management and suppliers.
• Complete trials (e.g., pulp substitution, energy efficiency, chemical efficiency, product development) impacting cost and performance.
• Identify safety hazards and propose practical mitigations.
• Assist in documenting quality and process engineering procedures and develop presentations of findings.
