Job summary

Enexor BioEnergy is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and deploy waste-to-energy and carbon capture systems. You will design, simulate, and translate process concepts into PFDs, P&IDs, and hardware specifications, while collaborating across disciplines to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

You will lead end-to-end development from concept to fabrication, with a practical focus on testing and optimization to improve capture rate and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–8 years designing and simulating adsorption or gas-separation processes.
• Strong background in mass-transfer, heat-transfer, and kinetics.

Responsibilities

• Design & simulate separation processes (TSA/PSA) and build flowsheets.
• Develop detailed mass-energy balances for energy and carbon capture systems.
• Translate models into hardware: generate PFDs & P&IDs and size vessels, beds, and exchangers.
• Create 3D CAD layouts and detailed mechanical drawings for equipment fit.
• Support fabrication, commissioning, and testing with shop and controls teams.
• Analyze testing results to refine models and optimize cycle timings.
• Collaborate daily with chemical, mechanical, and controls engineers and technicians.
