Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ in technical leadership or management roles.
• Proven success developing complex mechanical or thermal systems, ideally in energy, emissions, or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with pressure vessels, piping, or structural systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering team.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to deployment.
• Guide engineering trade-offs with strong first-principles thinking.
