Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Familiar with BOM management and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• SolidWorks CAD proficiency.
• Lean methodology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations Production Support: assist production on documentation, BOMs, and drawings; provide on-floor support with photos and marked drawings; use SAP/AS400 and other tools; assist with complex builds; review drawings with teams.
• Collaboration and Communication: liaise between engineering, procurement and production; submit ESRs/MSRs; relay issues and track resolution; collaborate across truck body locations.
• Process Improvement: participate in pilot processes; ensure documentation aligns with specs; develop and implement best practices across the Value Stream; help develop and maintain SOPs.
• Training and Support: provide training to operations on manufacturing documents; develop training materials and guidelines; act as a resource for documentation questions.
