Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Management required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Leadership demonstrated with cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning and scheduling ability.

Responsibilities

• Assesses process capabilities and prioritizes improvement opportunities.
• Applies technical knowledge to design and develop processes, tooling, and automation.
• Plans and conducts technical reviews and ensures documentation meets quality systems.
• Writes and reviews validation protocols and supports new processes.
• Leads development builds and maintains qualified production lines.
• Provides DFM input to engineering print packages and mentors technicians.
