Job summary

Wabash National is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support operations through meticulous documentation, training, and direct floor assistance. You will bridge production, engineering (including manufacturing, process, custom, design, and product), and procurement teams to enable smooth integration of new products, prototypes, and complex builds.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Familiar with BOM management and ERP systems.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge and familiarity with materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SolidWorks CAD proficiency.
• Lean methodology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and resolve documentation questions on the shop floor.
• Assist with BOMs, orders, drawings, and documentation on SAP/AS400 systems.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement to improve docs.
• Review new drawings and builds, offering guidance to production and engineering.
• Support pilot builds and complex assemblies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for manufacturing docs.
