Job summary

Kaye/Bassman International presents an opportunity for a hands-on Process Engineer at a growing API manufacturing site in the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on translating process science into reliable, compliant production, with exposure to development and operations and direct client-facing CDMO work.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot batch reactors, TCUs, and related equipment, scale processes from development through to operations, and drive continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• Expertise in cGMP pharmaceutical or API manufacturing.
• 5+ years in process/manufacturing engineering (or 10+ years with non-engineering degree).
• Exposure to batch reactors, filter dryers, TCUs, and pumps.
• Familiarity with PLC/SCADA control systems.
• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot reactors, chillers, filter dryers, and TCUs on the floor.
• Scale up processes from development into operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of equipment and procedures.
• Bridge development and operations with client-facing CDMO work.
• Potential path to site engineering leadership as the facility grows.
