Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in chemical process development and troubleshooting, with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,406 to $143,108 DOE plus benefits including life and medical insurance, a 401k plan with matching, and 9 holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical process development or scale-up; 3 years with a Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Apply chemical engineering principles to chemical process design and scale-up.
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot process challenges.
• Design and execute Design of Experiments (DoE) studies.
