Job summary

CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain brand, is seeking an engineer to lead mechanical projects in our manufacturing plant. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering work, develop equipment improvements, and work with maintenance teams to enhance quality, safety and productivity.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, CAD proficiency, Six Sigma experience, and strong communication skills. PE is a plus; some project leadership and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required; PE a plus.
• Six Sigma experience and strong project management skills.
• CAD knowledge and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan mechanical project work through team coordination and scheduling.
• Develop and modify equipment to improve quality, reliability, and capacity.
