New-Indy Containerboard LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and systems, driving safety, quality, cost, and productivity improvements. You will lead cross-functional efforts, train operators, and support startup activities across US locations.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Paper Science Engineering or Chemical Engineering, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Paper Science Engineering or Chemical Engineering with process industry experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to US locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efforts to measure project effectiveness to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations to improve production rates, yields, and costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams on short-term improvement projects (90-day teams).
• Support shutdown/start-up planning and activities.
• Monitor and report daily operating and quality parameters.
• Coordinate plant process trials for new procedures, conditions, equipment, specs, or chemicals.
