Dyno Nobel Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to lead plant improvement projects that boost safety, reliability, cost efficiency, and product quality. You will guide design, specifications, construction, and startup activities for new or modified facilities, applying solid engineering practices.

You will work with site teams to eliminate bottlenecks, implement standard work, and drive structured problem solving to improve uptime and reduce waste across the operation.

Competenze

• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering required.

Mansioni

• Lead plant improvement projects to increase safety, reliability, cost, and quality.
• Provide input on modification and improvement projects through design, equipment specifications, construction, and inspection.
• Collaborate with contractors and production personnel on safety, environmental, and regulatory aspects.
• Prepare OpEx and CapEx requests with cost estimates and justifications.
• Maintain engineering files with drawings, specs, vendor information, etc.
• Troubleshoot process problems and assist with startups of modified plants.
• Contribute to structured problem solving and uptime improvements.
• Increase site productivity by standard work, line balancing, and bottleneck removal.
• Align with business improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
