Job summary

L’Oréal USA in Clark, NJ is seeking a Process Engineer for Corporate Operations. You will lead manufacturing process development for product launches and reformulations with support from experienced technical experts.

Reporting to the Director of the North America Pilot Team within the Hair Métier, you will perform bench and pilot batch activities, troubleshoot process operations, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects.

Knowledge of chemical processing or pilot plant operations.

Responsibilities

Process Development & Scale-Up: perform bench and pilot batch activities to ensure seamless scale-up and robust product performance.
Technical Troubleshooting: propose solution to solve chemical and process operations challenges.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate quality assurance documentation and adhere to safe hazardous waste disposal procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Pilot Teams, Process Experts, Quality, Development, Packaging, and R&I.
