Job summary

Lilly seeks a Process Engineer to support and manage packaging lines at the Kenosha County facility. You will collaborate with Corporate Automation, Global Device Assembly/Packaging & Robotics, and site operations to design, install, and qualify new lines.

The role requires a strong background in automated manufacturing, project leadership, and the ability to work across MES, ERP, and control systems. Travel may be required during startup; schedule is 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• 7+ years of experience as a process engineer in highly automated environment.
• Pharmaceutical cGMP experience and CFR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and qualify new packaging lines.
• Lead qualification activities, including commissioning.
• Integrate lines with MES, SCADA, and site systems.
• Ensure compliance with Lilly standards and safety requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across project teams.
