Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to own manufacturing processes from concept to production at multiple facilities.

You will define scope, pricing, and capabilities, and collaborate with operations, sales, and product to scale processes while maintaining quality and margins. You will develop SOPs, tools, and workflows to enable replication across sites, analyze performance data, and drive improvements in throughput, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of technical manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, laser, waterjet, forming, 3D printing).
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools including toolpath strategy and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more manufacturing processes end-to-end, including scope, standard processes, pricing, and multi-site expansion.
• Define and document the full scope of the process: equipment, materials, tolerances, throughput, and capability limits.
• Develop and own the pricing model for the process, reflecting true cost, position, and margin targets.
• Lead process development from concept to production validation and full-scale deployment.
• Build SOPs, tooling, fixtures, workflows, and training materials for cross-facility replication.
• Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, improve throughput, reduce cost, and increase quality.
• Drive expansion to new facilities, equipment, or materials, managing rollout from planning to go-live.
• Serve as technical SME and primary contact for the process across production, engineering, support, and customer experience.
• Identify and eliminate failure modes and inefficiencies; stay ahead of industry developments.
• Collaborate with product and sales to quote complex jobs and define capability limits.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
