Job summary

SendCutSend Inc is seeking a Process Engineer who owns one or more manufacturing processes end-to-end, from scope and pricing to multi-site expansion. You will lead development from concept through production and build the documentation, tooling, and workflows that scale reliably.

This role partners with operations, sales, and product to ensure pricing reflects true cost and margin targets, while you act as the technical SME across production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of technical manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of CNC, laser, waterjet, forming, and 3D printing.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools (Fusion 360 or similar) and optimization.
• Experience designing tooling, fixtures, and workflows.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more manufacturing processes end-to-end from scope to expansion.
• Define and document equipment, materials, tolerances, and throughput targets.
• Develop and own pricing model reflecting true cost and margins.
• Lead process development from concept to production validation and deployment.
• Build SOPs, tooling, fixtures, workflows, and training materials.
• Analyze data to identify constraints and improve throughput and quality.
• Drive expansion to new facilities, equipment, or materials.
• Serve as technical SME across production, engineering, support, and sales.
• Identify and eliminate failure modes and systemic inefficiencies.
• Stay ahead of industry developments and bring new capabilities to the company.
