ManpowerGroup is seeking a Process Engineer to join a client in Pasadena, Texas. You will develop a process engineering strategy, support integrity management of critical equipment, and collaborate with operations to optimize process flow and safety protocols.

The role requires a Chemical Engineering degree and experience in process development, optimization, and safety management, with strong analytical and communication skills for liaising with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in process development, optimization, and safety management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret process data for long-term trend analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to liaise with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Process Engineering strategy, including five-year capital planning and process optimization.
• Support integrity management of critical equipment and assist with maintenance and inspection plans.
• Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot issues, monitor KPIs, and identify process bottlenecks.
• Drive process safety reviews, manage changes, and support regulatory compliance efforts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance process flow diagrams and alarm management systems.
