Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an engineer to design and implement manufacturing processes and equipment from pilot to full operation. You will manage projects, optimize cycle times, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tooling and production efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and RJG Master Molder I & II certifications, with 1–3 years of related experience (3–5 years preferred). This position is based on site at our Urbana, Ohio facility.

• RJG Master Molder I & II certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and equipment from pilot to full operation.
• Manage plant, equipment and process improvement projects.
• Optimize press cycle time and process consistency.
• Assist in development and manufacture of new tools to reduce time to market and costs.
• Collaborate with operations, technical and hourly staff to optimize processes.
• Support mold design considerations for new products.
• Lead scrap reduction initiatives and promote a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
