Job summary

A manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer in Milwaukee, WI to develop and optimize molding processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a molding environment. You will ensure new products are ready for production, conduct process validation, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Engineering, Polymer Science, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a molding environment.
  • Strong experience applying scientific molding principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain molding processes for new and existing products.
  • Ensure new products are production-ready prior to release.
  • Lead process validation activities including IQ, OQ, and ownership of PQ.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for variation reduction.
  • Train and develop production staff on standard work and problem-solving.
