Job summary

3D Systems in Wilsonville, Oregon, seeks an Intermediate Print Process Engineer to advance materials and print parameters for MultiJet Printing (MJP) platforms. You will work with the Print Process Development Team to optimize processes and ensure product performance, quality, and reliability.

This on-site role requires hands-on R&D, DOE studies, and collaboration with hardware/software engineers to push additive manufacturing technology forward and support business growth.

Qualifications

• DOE methodologies and statistical analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with jetting/additive manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on R&D with MultiJet Printing (MJP) systems and materials on-site.
• Operate MJP printing process from setup to post-processing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to optimize print processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Plan and execute DOE studies and analyze data to support decisions.
• Maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment and manage multiple priorities.
