Job summary

Knauf Insulation, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to monitor and optimize cold-end processes in the plant, including curing, sizing, facing and packaging.

You will analyze process data and work with technicians and superintendents to drive improvements and cost reductions. The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical, or Ceramic Engineering and at least 2 years of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Ceramic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control cold-end processes: curing, sizing, facing, packaging.
• Analyze process data and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvements to meet customer expectations and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers and corporate functions on projects.
• Maintain data and records per KIMS requirements.
