Knauf Insulation, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to monitor and control our cold-end processes, including curing, sizing, facing, and packaging. You will analyze data and drive improvements while maintaining current parameters to meet customer expectations.

Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical, or Ceramic Engineering and at least two years in process/manufacturing engineering, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Ceramic Engineering.
• Minimum of two years' experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Minitab helpful.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read drawings and direct maintenance repairs.

Responsabilités

• Perform analyses of manufacturing and process data (curing, sizing, facing, packaging).
• Identify bottlenecks via time studies and other methods.
• Apply analyses to improve processes and meet customer expectations.
• Suggest methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities, cost reduction, or related activities.
• Collaborate on projects with Process Engineers and corporate functions.
• Maintain process set points and data records per KIMS requirements.
