Job summary

Our client is seeking a Process Engineer in Saint Bernard, OH to join the Engineering Department, supporting Production and Operations. The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, process validation, and cross-functional communication to drive improvements across the manufacturing line.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing, with opportunities to advance in a dynamic environment and exposure to advanced validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of process validation, risk assessments, and CI methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information.

Responsibilities

• Meet with production managers to assess and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Develop, test, and optimize mechanical components, equipment, and production line systems.
• Diagnose process inefficiencies and material loss events, implementing corrective actions.
• Design, test, and validate process upgrades including IQ/OQ/PQ testing.
• Create and maintain SOPs while ensuring safety and quality standards.
