Job summary

Sika in Brighton, CO is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for new and existing products. You will work to improve quality and productivity while controlling costs through data-driven methods and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering and at least three years in manufacturing or process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering with ≥3 years in manufacturing, quality, and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control and statistics.
• Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams to successful fruition.
• Data-driven with strong quality focus and customer orientation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new raw materials, products, and processes.
• Improve production, quality, and packaging efficiency through process changes.
• Lead capital budgeting strategy and plan implementation.
• Recommend equipment improvements with specs and follow-through.
• Reduce production complexity and improve process capabilities using stats.
