Stryten Energy is seeking a Process Engineer to bridge chemical reaction requirements with mechanical manufacturing for active material preparation. Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering required.
• Two to four years process experience preferred.
• Must have exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be a team-oriented person with exceptional communication skills.
• General Office Equipment, PC, and software including JDE and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute new capital projects, with roles including Project Manager or Plant Support Manager.
• Support EHS initiatives and safety policies to maintain a zero-injury culture.
• Promote collaboration across departments and build positive working relationships.
• Introduce and implement new materials, processes, and equipment.
• Generate cost reductions and product quality improvements across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Apply lean concepts to achieve KPI goals.
• Provide engineering troubleshooting and support to all departments.
