Stryten Energy is hiring a process engineer for our process engineering team to bridge the connection between chemical reaction requirements and the mechanical manufacturing process for active material preparation across our manufacturing portfolio in North America. The role is highly visible and impacts our oxide, paste mixing, and curing operations from a manufacturing efficiency, rate, operator safety, uptime, and quality capability viewpoints. You will help Stryten drive to the next level of manufacturing as we lean on your ability to mesh the chemical and mechanical aspects of production into reality.With 15 manufacturing facilities in the US, there are always opportunities to move up or around within the company. Stryten has an engineering career progression ladder that allows engineers to rise in the organization.Self-Starter with excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills. Must be able to effectively organize, direct, and control all aspects of process‑related projects with emphasis on safety, budgeting, team building, and training. Work effectively with all plant departments to establish operational efficiency of production equipment, process improvements that relate to improved product quality, increased capacity, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Responsible for executing new capital projects; roles include Project Manager or Plant Support Manager.
