Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Process Engineer to bridge chemical reaction requirements with mechanical manufacturing for active material prep across North America. You will lead capital projects, improve safety, quality, and efficiency, and work with multiple plant departments to implement lean improvements and SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering and 2–4 years in manufacturing process roles, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering required.
• Two to four years of process experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute new capital projects; roles include Project Manager or Plant Support Manager.
• Support EHS initiatives and safety protocols to promote a zero-injury culture.
• Collaborate across departments to improve production efficiency, quality, and uptime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean improvements on plant projects.
