Job summary

Lincotek Group is hiring a Process Engineer to drive new product and process introductions, optimize manufacturing flows, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across production, maintenance, and quality. The role emphasizes robotics, coating processes, and cost reduction.

The candidate should bring a mechanical or robotic engineering background, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and process validation to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex components.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Robotic Engineer with a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in engineering, preferably in industrial gas turbine, aerospace, or automotive.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and Minitab; knowledge of RobotStudio CAM software is a plus.
• Strong communication with customers; ERP/BOM knowledge; reading blueprints.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; familiar with metric and US measurement systems.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Act as technical reference on materials, coatings, and assembly.
• Review specs, manage qualification kick-offs, and translate decisions into actions.
• Develop coating/post-coating processes; create robotic programs with lab cooperation.
• Support cost quotations and feasibility studies; lead cost-reduction projects.
• Define process standards and ensure NPIs meet quality specs.
