Job summary

Woodbridge Group is seeking a Process Engineer in Tennessee to ensure daily production targets and plant reliability. The role blends engineering expertise with leadership to manage personnel, safety, and processes on a new product launch project.

Candidates should have a chemical or mechanical engineering background, Lean/6 Sigma exposure, and knowledge of injection molding or foam processes. Training on Six Sigma will be provided; day-shift hours through 2026 with eventual three shifts managed

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent; strong foundation in process engineering.
• Lean manufacturing tools and principles understood and applied.
• Six Sigma certification preferred; training provided if not certified.
• Knowledge of EPP foam or injection molding processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety and quality standards on the plant floor.
• Lead and supervise operators and setup personnel to meet production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI achievement through structured problem-solving.
